We're an early-stage company in supervised design-partner alpha, building the category of auditable AI support. The product is real and running, the moat — verified-resolution billing — is live in the platform, and the hardest, most formative work is still ahead.

We're not a large org with rigid lanes and a backlog of someone else's decisions. We're a small team setting the foundations. We won't pretend otherwise, and we won't post fabricated openings to look bigger than we are.

If you join now, you're shaping how this thing gets built — the architecture, the product judgment, the way we work.

Honesty over polish. The entire company is premised on showing the receipt; we hold ourselves to the same standard internally. We'd rather say "we don't know yet" than overstate.

Depth over speed-theater. We verify by running things, not by declaring them done. Production-grade work that actually holds up beats a demo that falls over.

Ownership. Early-stage means ambiguity. We look for people who can take a vague problem, find the truth of it, and ship a real answer — then stand behind it.

Respect for the user's trust. We're handling support conversations, customer data, and billing. We take guardrails, privacy, and auditability seriously because the people who use Callario are betting their reputation on it.

Small team, high trust, low ceremony. Decisions get made close to the work by the people doing it.

We write things down. Because we're building an auditable product, we care about a clear record — of decisions, trade-offs, and why we did what we did.

We bias toward proving things in the real system. A change isn't real until we've seen it work end to end. That discipline shows up in the product and in how we operate.

Engineers who care about correctness, observability, and the unglamorous parts of making AI dependable — not just the demo.

You don't need to have done exactly this before. You do need to want to do it the right way.
