- Every resolution charge now opens an auditable receipt showing the verifier's verdict, confidence, and the cited evidence behind it
- Added a one-click dispute action on any receipt so design partners can flag a charge for review before it settles
- Receipts can be exported as JSON for your own records and reconciliation
- Confirmed $0 handling for handoffs and unanswered conversations is reflected line-by-line on the receipt

Spend caps and budget alerts on every workspace
- Set a monthly resolution spend cap that automatically pauses AI billing once reached
- Configurable alert thresholds (e.g. 50% / 80% / 100%) notify workspace owners by email
- Live spend-to-date and remaining-budget view added to the billing screen

Guardrails: PII redaction and grounding checks on the live reply path
- PII redaction now runs on the reply that customers actually receive, not just the knowledge index
- Added a grounding check that flags AI answers not supported by a cited source before they send
- Jailbreak and prompt-injection detection moved into the always-on guardrail layer
- Each guardrail decision is recorded in the agent trace for review

- New triggers for ticket created, conversation handed off, and SLA at risk
- Full sandbox dry-run lets you test a workflow against sample data before publishing
