Subprocessors

To provide the Services, Callario engages third-party providers ("subprocessors") that process personal data on our behalf. This page describes the categories of subprocessors we use, organized by the function they perform.

Because Callario is an early-stage company operating a supervised alpha, our subprocessor arrangements may change as the Services evolve. This page describes functions rather than asserting specific contractual relationships, and we will update it as our use of subprocessors becomes more formalized.

Each subprocessor is engaged only to perform the function described and is expected to process personal data in line with appropriate data protection obligations, as further described in our Data Processing Addendum.

We use cloud infrastructure providers to host the application, store data, and run the compute and networking resources that operate the Services.

This category covers core hosting, managed databases, storage, and related infrastructure necessary to deliver and scale the platform securely and reliably.

Where applicable, we use regional infrastructure to support EU data residency options for eligible customers.

We use transactional email and message-delivery providers to send and receive communications that are part of the Services, such as notifications, ticket correspondence, and account-related messages.

This category supports inbound and outbound message handling across supported channels and the reliable delivery of communications on the Customer's behalf.

We use analytics providers to understand how the website and Services are used, to measure feature adoption, and to inform improvements.

This category processes usage and interaction data. We aim to keep analytics limited and configured to respect privacy preferences where applicable.

We use error-monitoring and logging providers to detect, diagnose, and resolve technical issues and to maintain the reliability and security of the Services.

This category may process technical data and limited contextual information necessary to identify and fix errors, and is intended to support operational stability rather than profiling.

We use AI and large-language-model providers to power the platform's AI features, including the autonomous agent, copilot, and retrieval-augmented knowledge capabilities.

Data sent to these providers is used to generate results for the Customer within the Services. Callario does not permit the use of Customer data to train foundation models, and AI processing operates under our governance controls, including PII redaction, grounding, and tracing.

We select model providers based on capability, reliability, and data protection commitments appropriate to the function they perform.

We will keep this page current as our subprocessor categories change and will provide a mechanism for customers to be informed of material changes so they have an opportunity to raise reasonable data protection concerns.
