Run real support on it. Shape what ships next.
We’re onboarding a small group of support teams to run Callario on real conversations during the alpha. You get the whole platform, set up with you, and a direct line to the founder. We get honest feedback on where it works and where it doesn’t.

01Who it’s for
A good fit today,
and when to wait.
Callario is an alpha. It’s best for teams whose customers already come to their website, and who want to shape the product rather than just buy it.
A good fit if
- Your customers come to you through your website or a help centre
- You have a help centre, or the articles to start one
- You serve customers in English, Arabic or both
- You’ll put real conversations through it and tell us what breaks
Probably not yet, if you need
- Email, WhatsApp, Slack or voice as live channels today — they’re on the roadmap
- A SOC 2 report, SSO / SAML or a choice of data region
- A one-click move from another helpdesk — imports are CSV and article files
- A large rollout that can’t tolerate alpha software
02The exchange
What you get.
What we ask in return.
What design partners get
- The whole platformAI agent, Copilot, inbox and ticketing, routing, workflows, knowledge and help centre, CRM, reporting and QA. No module held back.
- Supervised setupWe configure it with you: import your articles, build and test your agent on your own questions, set handoff, routing and SLAs.
- A direct line to the founderTalk to the person who builds the product — not a ticket queue — when something is wrong or missing.
- A say in the roadmapWhat you need weighs on what ships next, and you see each change land in the changelog.
What we ask
- Real conversationsPut Callario in front of real customers, at whatever scale you’re comfortable starting with.
- Honest feedbackTell us where it’s wrong, slow or confusing — in a short, regular review and whenever it happens.
- Patience with an alphaScreens change and some features are still on the roadmap. We tell you what’s coming before it lands.
- A reference — only if you want toIf it works for you, we may ask whether you’d be named. Saying no changes nothing.
03How it starts
