For hospitality

A concierge that knows the booking.

Your AI agent answers guests on your website and WhatsApp, in English and Arabic — check-in times, house rules, amenities and the neighbourhood, from your own guides. It finds a guest’s booking in your booking system, asks the front desk for a late check-out, and turns “the AC is broken in 304” into a ticket for maintenance.

  • Bookings found in your own booking system
  • Late check-outs a lead approves
  • English and Arabic, right to left

Hi — booking HX-4821, surname Haddad. Could we check out at 2 pm on Sunday?

Thanks, Ms Haddad — I can see your stay in the Deluxe King until Sunday. Check-out is normally 12:00, so I’ve asked the front desk for 14:00 and I’ll let you know here as soon as they confirm.

01A room problem

“The AC is broken.”
Maintenance knows a minute later.

A problem mentioned in a chat should never wait for someone to read the chat. The AI agent turns it into a high-priority ticket for your maintenance team with the room and the problem, tells the guest it has been reported, and brings in a person if the guest is upset.

The air conditioning in 304 isn’t working and it’s really hot.

I’m sorry — that’s not the night you should be having. I’ve reported it to our maintenance team as urgent for room 304, and they’ve been told. If it isn’t sorted soon, just say and I’ll bring in the front desk.

03What changes

A full house, without a full inbox.

  • The front desk answers “what time is breakfast?” forty times a day.

The AI answers it from your house guide, in the guest’s language, at any hour.

  • Late check-out requests sit in a shared inbox until someone notices them.

The AI asks the front desk; a lead approves, and the guest hears back in the same chat.

  • A broken AC is mentioned in a chat and never reaches maintenance.

It becomes a high-priority maintenance ticket the moment the guest says it.

  • Arabic-speaking guests wait for the one colleague who reads Arabic.

The same agent answers in Arabic, right to left, from the same guides.

05Straight answers

Before it talks
to your guests.

Does it connect to our booking system?
Through your booking system’s API. You give Callario the endpoint, and the agent finds a booking by its confirmation number and the guest’s last name — it asks for both and never guesses. There is no one-click connector for a named hotel system yet.
Can the AI change or cancel a booking?
Not on its own. It finds the booking and passes changes to your front desk with the details. If your booking system has an API for changes, you can add it as a “Call an API” action — with a teammate’s approval before anything changes.
What can guests ask it?
Anything your guides answer: check-in and check-out times, house rules, breakfast hours, amenities, parking and the local area. It answers from the articles you write, and hands over when it can’t find what the guest needs.
Can it answer in Arabic?
Yes. It replies in the guest’s language, and the widget and hosted chat page are built for Arabic, right to left.
What happens with a complaint?
The AI apologises once and hands the guest to a person — it never argues or offers compensation by itself. Payments, refunds and anything about safety or security go to your team too.
