For marketplaces

One desk for both sides of every trade.

Give buyers and sellers their own AI agent — each answering from its own handbook, each able to look up that person’s orders or seller account through your system. Disputes reach specialists with the order attached, and any exception waits for someone you named to approve it.

  • A buyer agent and a seller agent, kept apart
  • Disputes routed by skill, with SLA targets
  • Exceptions wait for a named approver

I shipped 14 orders last week. When does the payout land?

Your payout for last week’s 14 orders is scheduled for Thursday. Payouts are released three days after the week closes, once every order shows as delivered.

01A buyer dispute

The AI states the guarantee.
Your specialists decide the exception.

A buyer is upset and outside the protection window. The buyer agent checks the order, explains the guarantee without promising beyond it, and passes the case on. Routing finds a dispute specialist, and a workflow makes sure no exception happens without your lead’s approval.

I’m sorry. The Buyer Guarantee covers items not as described for 14 days after delivery, and order #TW-5530 arrived 20 days ago, so I can’t promise a refund. I’ve passed your case to our resolution team, who can review exceptions — they’ll reply here.

03What changes

Fair to buyers, fair to sellers, and on the record.

  • Buyers and sellers get the same bot, reading from the same FAQ.

Each side has its own agent, answering from its own handbook.

  • Disputes sit in the general queue until someone notices them.

Routing sends them to a Disputes queue, to specialists with the right skill.

  • Exceptions are granted in a side chat, and nobody can say who approved what.

A workflow asks a named approver, and the run history shows who decided.

  • A seller who also buys shows up as two strangers.

One record per person, with segments marking buyer, seller or both.

05Straight answers

Before both sides
start talking to it.

Can the AI decide a dispute or release a payout?
No. It explains your guarantee or payout policy with the source cited and passes the case to your team. Anything involving money goes through a workflow that waits for a person to approve before it calls your own API.
Can buyers and sellers get different answers to the same question?
Yes. Each agent has its own instructions and is connected to its own knowledge — all articles, one category or specific ones — so the seller agent answers from the seller handbook and never from buyer policy.
How does Callario know whether someone is a buyer or a seller?
Your site signs who the person is, and their record carries the segments and custom fields you define. Queues, SLA policies and workflows can all match on them — so a top-tier seller can have their own lane.
What if the same person buys and sells?
They are one person in Callario: identities are matched to a single lifelong record, with every conversation from either side on one timeline. Likely duplicates wait for a person to confirm, and a merge can be undone.
Does it connect to our payments provider?
Stripe, yes, in workflows: with your own key a workflow refunds a payment after a teammate approves it. Payouts are not a Stripe action in Callario — a workflow reaches your payouts system through a “Call an API” step, after the approval step.
